I am the COO of ARTUS, a tax advising company in Vienna. I am responsible for the organizational development and business development, including marketing, human resources and administration.

I am what most people would call an ‘all-rounder’. As head of the business services department, I manage a wonderful team of women, all of them are working mums. As a mum of a toddler boy myself, it is important for me to work in a family friendly environment and still be able to have a management position as a woman.

I have been working for ARTUS for over 11 years now and have been contributing a lot to the company’s growth.

I am happy to share my personal experience and answer questions on organizational development, project management and many more.
