I started my career in Bosnia & Herzegovina where I was responsible for digitization and transformation projects in the financial industry. After establishing the first Digital Banking Competence Center in Bosnia & Herzegovina, I joined Raiffeisen Bank International.
Today, with more than 15 years of experience in areas of digital transformation, strategy development, product management, innovation and advisory, I am responsible for the Open Banking in Raiffeisen Bank International. I am leading the change in 13 CEE markets. I lead by focusing on real values, big picture, people empowerment and technology. I strongly believe in having a balanced life and accept change as one of the constants in our journey.
