Tanja is a serial entrepreneur, who has been awarded ""Female Rolemodel in Europe"" and named one of the 100 most influential businesswomen in Austria.

Tanja co-founded the female factor, a community aiming to close the leadership gap by connecting the next generation of female leaders with decision-makers of today. Members get access to highly curated, impactful workshops, individual mentoring sessions with industry experts, exclusive events and conferences and job openings.

Before co-founding the female factor, Tanja has been Managing Partner of Startup Live, the leading European acceleration program and president of the non-profit organization ""Female Founders"". Tanja holds a bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and started her own startup HeyBeauty, a scheduling tool for beauty appointments at the age of 25.

Tanja strongly believes in a giving back mentality and a holistic approach to life. She is an active mentor for entrepreneurs and an international speaker for entrepreneurship and diversity topics. As a co-host of in.sync | the podcast connecting business and spirituality she is openly talking about her holistic approach towards leadership.

Being born and raised in Austria, and after living in Thailand, the US, and across Europe, Tanja followed her heart and moved to Tel Aviv, Israel in 2019.
