After graduating from Vienna University of Economics and Business, I started my career in executive search. I was responsible for the recruiting of Management and expert positions in Europe, Middle East and South America.
After my first child I changed my perspective and shared my experience with young professionals at the career center of the University of Vienna (Uniport) and helped them with finding the right job after their studies (business, law, IT).
In 2017 my second child was born and since then I'm with apsa personnel concepts and I'm leading recruiting projects mainly in the tech industry, but also in law, sales and finance. Recently I started a ""Women in Tech"" initiative and I'm presenting female role models to inspire and help others on their way. I’m a working mother, and I fully agree that we all can rise by lifting others.
I believe in positive thinking and in empowering each other.
