your skills:


  • previous experience in community management or in a customer service role (or equivalent) are a big plus

  • excellent communication skills in English

  • familiar with social networks and tools, especially LinkedIn (we have our own digital platform for our community)

  • comfortable working with online tools like Slack, GSheets, Airtable, Clickup, Typeform, Canva, and Wix.

your area of responsibility

  • being the face of the community as the first contact person for our members around all their enquiries

  • connecting with (potential) members via linkedin and answer all their questions

  • support with the delivery of our global mentoring program

  • working closely with our community leads to improve our community experience based on your insights

  • building and maintaining relationships with community members

  • support in developing and implementing community engagement strategies that align with our company's overall strategy

  • tracking and reporting on key community metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement

  • collaborating with internal teams to ensure community initiatives align with the overall company strategy

  • supporting in marketing activities to reach new members

Please note, this job is starting as a part-time position (20h/week) and can develop into a full-time position over the course of the following year. Due to Austrian bureaucracy, we can only employ you if you are registered in Austria. It would be a freelancing contract if you’re anywhere else in the world.
