Currently, Ana fulfills this mission wearing two hats: facilitating innovation, learning, and organizational development processes for startups and NGOs as a freelancer on the one hand, and serving the amazing community of top female managers as the Leaders Community Manager at the female factor on the other.
Previously, she held managerial and leadership roles in non-profit organizaitions in Austria and Serbia, with the focus on youth empowerment and social entrepreneurship. She has experience in community building, ecosystem building, organizational development, program design, and fundraising.
For her work in the field, Ana was listed among the Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise (2022) and was invited to speak at TEDxDonnauinsel about "How to Empower Social Entrepreneurship".
