about ana
I'm a facilitator, project manager and operations lead with more than a decade in the social impact space. Currently, I work with Playful Solutions, where I design workshops, events and learning programs and support the operations of the organization. I also work as a freelance facilitator for NGOs, startups and SMEs, focusing on learning experiences, organizational development and innovation.
Before all this, I led the Social Impact Award, an international organization working with social entrepreneurs, and managed the community of senior women leaders at the female factor. I was named one of the Top 100 Women in Social Entrepreneurship (2022) and gave a TEDx talk on empowering social entrepreneurship.
