Bassma Hamdy Soliman is a Global Director and Strategic Growth Consultant with over 13 years of experience leading high-impact initiatives across Egypt and the MENA region. Her work spans executive program design, institutional partnerships, and ecosystem development across education, international development, and entrepreneurship sectors.

Throughout her career, Bassma has built and scaled programs, led multi-stakeholder collaborations, and structured strategic partnerships with governments, universities, NGOs, and international organizations. She has extensive experience in digital transformation, process reengineering, and revenue development, positioning institutions for sustainable growth.

In addition to her executive leadership role, Bassma serves as a Global Mentor, guiding emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in leadership development, career strategy, and organizational growth.

She holds a Master’s degree in Innovation and Change Management and is recognized for her systems thinking, strengths-based leadership, and ability to translate strategy into measurable impact. She currently serves as Global Director of the Global Executive Program (GEP), leading international executive placement initiatives connecting leadership talent with global organizations.
