Bronwen is an enthusiastic business leader, passionate about shaping organisations and their cultures by inspiring and developing people to succeed. 

As Regional Director Europe West & Country Director for Austria, at the UK's Department for Business & Trade, Bronwen is responsible for growing international trade and investment with the UK and the Europe West region. This involves the facilitation of commercial partnerships, strategic business planning, team leadership and building resilience through a changing political environment. Bronwen has diverse industry experience and works with top business stakeholders on international growth, go-to-market strategies and team dynamics. 

Bronwen has previously held the role of People Lead for Europe at the Department, where she was responsible for People & Culture across a heavily matrixed organisation of 34 countries. She is a competent mentor, coach and sparring partner. 

Bronwen also brings sales, marketing and business development experience from multinational and stock listed firms.
