As Deputy Managing Director and Member of the Board at RTL AdAlliance Austria, I combine classic management responsibilities with a strong focus on thought leadership, communication & branding, people, and media projects. My focus lies on strategic leadership, organizational development, strengthening the company’s market positioning and shaping a strong internal and external narrative.
My journey at RTL AdAlliance began in 2012 (at IP Österreich) as an Executive Assistant. Since 2017, I have been responsible for building, leading, and continuously evolving the marketing department.
With a background in the media and film industry in marketing and PR, I thrive in a dynamic environment. I embrace a growth mindset—constantly learning, adapting, and encouraging those around me to see challenges as opportunities. My job is diverse and challenging, and I particularly enjoy mentoring and developing employees. Supporting young professionals and fostering talent has become a key passion of mine.
Looking ahead, I aim to drive innovation and expand leadership mentoring. Sharing my expertise in brand strategy, media innovation, and leadership allows me to make a lasting impact—and continuously grow through collaboration and feedback.
On a personal note, my most fulfilling role since last year has been being a mom to my little daughter – my greatest joy.
