With over 20 years of experience in HR, learning and development, and consulting, I have a strong track record of developing and implementing strategic initiatives that foster a values-based, inclusive, and learning-oriented culture across diverse and complex organizations.

As a PhD holder in Migration and Intercultural Studies, I bring a unique perspective and expertise to my role, where I lead a team of specialists who collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to design and deliver effective D&I programs and solutions. I am passionate about creating a positive impact on the human condition and the bottom line, and I am always eager to connect with fellow executives and professionals who share this vision.
