Heidi Hauer is a Holistic Leadership Coach guiding talented women, from young change makers to C-suite executives aiming to create a positive impact for future generations to come.

She blends 20 years of leadership and corporate communication expertise gained in multinational corporations and boutique consultancies with professional coaching training. Her areas of expertise encompass shaping organisational vision, skilfully managing crucial stakeholder relationships, enhancing the reputation of leaders, and harnessing the power of communication during organisational change.

Her extensive qualifications include a Coaching Certificate from INSEAD Business School, a Masters in Marketing from University of Applied Sciences Vienna, and a post-graduate Diploma from the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna. Throughout her international career, she lived and worked in Bangkok, London, Brussels, Vienna, and calls Zurich/Switzerland her home since 2016.
