She co-founded NeoClear, a financial-markets infrastructure group and innovation
lab, and founded Infinita Club – the cockpit for growth architecture. Her work spans
the capital stack – from governance-level challenge to board-level calibration
preserving investment integrity as exposure intensifies.
As Managing Director at Numerix and as a finance and technology executive, she
shaped the rooms where scale, scrutiny, and systemic consequence converge.
Beyond boardrooms, she is invited into selective mentoring and international MBA
settings – including Founder Institute – transferring structural judgment upstream,
long before pressure compounds

Ms Frumson continues to use her position and expertise to educate and support others by speaking at industry events (e.g., Risk.Net and Risk Europe), guest lecturing on university MBA courses, and lending support through advocacy work – particularly as a Mentor for The Female Factor and PMP. Ms Frumson also serves as NED at Hue and Sky and a Board Trustee at the First Light charity.
