She has worked in financial institutions with a Baltic and Nordic footprint and now operates from Luxembourg in a pan European role. She has taken on mid level leadership responsibilities and contributed to decision making through credit and investment committees. Her career has evolved through supporting organizational restructuring efforts, navigating uncertainty with a solutions oriented mindset, and bringing structure, clarity, and efficiency to complex environments.

She has built and led teams, supported professional growth of colleagues, and worked with clients across a wide range of industries - from manufacturing and transportation to energy, real estate, and the public sector. Ilona holds an MBA from SBS Swiss Business School and a Master’s degree in Finance from the BA School of Business and Finance.
