Iva's work experience:
Iva holds an MA in Psychology and has around 15 years of very colorful experience in Human Resources, in both Croatia and Austria. She worked in different industries: Banking, FMCG, Production, IT, digital agency... Sizes are from a startup to a multinational corporation. Positions are from Recruiter to HR Director. She has leadership and founding experience, as she had her freelancing consultancy but also co-founded a choir 5 years ago :)
During all this, she gained a pretty good feeling of the company's needs for people topics, leadership challenges, and different HR specifics regarding different company sizes and industries. Now she is diving into other areas, like business process management, and project and change management. Bringing order into chaos is her thing.
Privately she went through several difficult milestones. Now she is a happily divorced single mother working full time and still making sure to keep her daughter a priority.
