Juliana began her journey in sustainability 15 years ago. She is a multifaceted international professional with extensive experience as a sustainability consultant across various industries. Throughout her career, Juliana has managed multiple projects ranging from small internal initiatives to larger, complex challenges under time pressure and demanding clients. She has a leadership profile, having supported teams of different sizes and backgrounds, as well as individuals, to achieve their goals both professionally and personally.

Eight years ago, she moved from Brazil to Germany, where she completed her Master's degree in sustainable development, and now continues to advance her international career. She holds a bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning, having worked in the sustainable buildings industry for several years before becoming a strategic corporate sustainability consultant and advisor.

Currently, Juliana is a freelance sustainability consultant helping small and mid-sized companies to develop and implement their sustainability strategies. At the same time, Juliana has been involved in various initiatives aimed at boosting climate action and promoting the development of sustainability practitioners (e.g., The Climate Reality Project). She has a particular focus on female-led platforms and network systems, providing support, guidance, and insights to young professionals pursuing careers in sustainability, climate action, and socially and environmentally aligned businesses.
