Kaitlyn's work experience:
Born in Korea, raised in the U.S. and in based in Austria since 2012, Kaitlyn has 15 years' working experience in the intersection between tech and creativity. She has worked for 10 years at Samsung Group and led the Austrian branch office of its in-house creative agency as Managing Director of Cheil Austria.
She has won more than 50 international innovation and creative awards and currently works as COO at Kobza and the Hungry Eyes - KTHE GmbH, an independent creative agency. In her "parallel life" she dedicates her free time to serving as Founding Member & Vice President for the nonprofit organization Women of Vienna, the biggest community for women* in Austria with more than 17,000 members, and advises multiple tech startups in both Vienna and Seoul on management and strategy.
