He also founded HappyStay, revolutionizing hospitality management through digitalization.
Michael holds a Master's in European Economy and Business Management (Vienna) and a BA in Multimedia Arts (London). He began his career co-founding Blue Monkeys in 2000, transforming it into a leading digital solutions provider.
As a mentor since 2019, Michael specializes in digital transformation, business automation, and strategic scaling. He helps female leaders navigate entrepreneurship, optimize operations, and build sustainable tech ventures. His approach combines practical insights from building multiple companies with a passion for efficiency.
