Current job: Managing Director Austria, however currently in transition to my next role outside Danone. As MD, I ran the Danone business (medical, baby, dairy, plant-based) for Austria and Slovenia. Team of >150 people across marketing, sales, medical, finance, operations incl. a warehouse, HR, digital
Specific areas I can support a mentee in: I certified as a business coach several ears ago, so I have the “tools” to help think through just about any leadership topic. My background is marketing and sales – so functionally I am strong in these areas. On top I am a “working mom” – I have raised two amazing daughters with a very supportive husband while building my career – even in countries where women traditionally stay home. So the “how” of the balancing act is something I can share.
Projects for the future: Really keen to “give back” and pay forward” for the next generation of female leaders.
Educational background: University in the US – studied German and International Business

What I like the most about your current job: making a difference in the lives of people via better nutrition. Purpose is key for me to be motivated to put all the hours in.
