Renáta has excelled as the Founder of Samebug, served as Vice President at Rollbar, a scaleup SF-based technology company, and held the position of Vice President at BlackRock, where she built and managed an innovative client service team.
In her current role at BlackRock, Renáta is focused on building robust support processes for Microsoft Dynamics users while establishing knowledge management practices and creating the onboarding method and process for new team onboarding to the platform. Renáta's strengths lie in her exceptional organizational skills, her technological aptitude, project leadership abilities, and talent for assembling highly effective service teams.
Renáta is also actively pursuing training as a business coach, leveraging her MBA and Master's in Finance and her multinational company experience. Outside of work, Renáta enjoys sewing, reading, cooking, and is passionate about establishing a neurodiversity network in her local office.
