I’m currently the Board and CEO Advisor at Setanta Sports, the largest transnational sports multimedia platform in our region, with a strong presence across 14 countries. I’ve recently transitioned into an advisory role, but for the past three years, I served as Deputy CEO, where I led a team of 100+ professionals across five countries and had the privilege of building strategic partnerships with major players like Netflix. 

Throughout my career, I've been driven by a passion for knowledge and a curiosity about how things work on a global scale. This has led me to focus on opportunities where I can make a real impact—whether that’s expanding into new markets, building operational systems from the ground up, or driving revenue growth through innovative strategies.

I’ve spent over a decade in marketing and business development, specializing in the gambling, subscription, and sports media industries. I love helping businesses understand market dynamics, optimize their operations, and scale effectively. Education: 

I hold an MBA from KU Leuven University in Belgium and a degree in Marketing & Market Research from Caucasus University in Georgia. 

My journey: 

Before stepping into a leadership role, I gained experience working in marketing and business development, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding how to drive growth and deal with the challenges of international markets. 

What I love about my job: 

The best part of my role is the chance to work on a global scale and make decisions that shape the future of sports media. The industry is rapidly evolving, and being at the forefront of that change is both exciting and fulfilling. 

Outside of work: 

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me studying something new, traveling, or staying active. I’m also a huge fan of female tennis players—there’s something about the skill, determination, and grit they bring to the court that I admire.
