A passionate Inclusion, Diversity & Equity evangelist and experienced Head of Information Technology with over 26 years of demonstrated history in working cross borders, building and leading new businesses departments and accounts, rescuing large programs, and delivering Customer oriented Business Solutions has been my key strength.
My career is marked by my commitment to achieving goals with a positive social, personal, and environmental impact. I tackle the challenges of being a female leader in a male-dominated field with perseverance, always staying true to my unique approach to leadership. My journey highlights the importance of supporting and mentoring the next generation, embodying empathy and resilience.
I acquired my Masters in AI some 30 years ago at the university of Brussels and ever since have been result oriented and dedicated to helping customers in their digital transformation journeys.
I love practicing and teaching Yoga in my free time, as well as mentoring younger women in STEM.
