Yvonne is a passionate leader, with diverse experience in different functions and companies. In 1995 she started as a management trainee in sales and began a classic sales career. In 1999, she took on her first management role at Tchibo and progressed to divisional manager.

In 2011, Yvonne founded her own trading company with a focus on children's equipment. Then in 2013, she additionally started as a senior consultant at Wer liefert was? GmbH to transform sales to modern, digital sales structures. In 2017, she then moved back into top management at Wer liefert was? GmbH and managed the entire Internal Sales team with approximately 50 employees. In 2021, she moved on to Aroundhome as CSO and led a team of about 60 employees.

At the end of 2022, Yvonne left Aroundhome and her CSO position and decided for herself not to accept a position in top management for the time being. This was her conscious decision after a personal transformation process.

Now, as an Interim COO, Yvonne has made it her mission to support management teams by transforming business processes future proof, Scalable, sustainable and digital.Her focus is customer centricity, also in relation to CRM systems.

Furthermore, she follows her personal heart topic Female Leadership and will set a focus there in the future. Especially in her last two management positions she helped many female employees to strengthen their position in the company.

Now she wants to make her experience available to female mentees here at the female factor and is incredibly excited about the shared exchange.
