Society often expects women to work like they don’t have kids & parent like they don’t have jobs.

If we struggle to match these expectations, we are introduced to the cure - an illusion of balance (as if somebody actually has it balanced). And instead of starting to delegate, learning about our emotions, and respecting the value we bring at work and home, we are slowly burning ourselves out by chasing that balance.

Zaneta helps working moms to live with the full package: the guilt, the exhaustion, the ambitions, the joy, and the achievements. And build a sustainable ecosystem where everything can co-exist, not perfectly, but consciously.

While making you question your life choices in a constructive way, she doesn’t care to inspire you for an hour. She cares about changes that work in your situation and those that last.

Zaneta Intaite has built a career across two worlds that don’t usually share a sentence: digital marketing and motherhood education. On one side, she speaks fluent SEO and performance metrics. On the other, she works with the raw, complex, and often unspoken realities of motherhood and womanhood.

And no, it’s not a confused career path. It’s a very intentional one.

In marketing, Zaneta partners with global companies across industries, helping them cut through the noise of “shiny campaigns” and focus on what actually best for their business. Her work has contributed to generating millions in investment and sales for clients, and only a year ago, her own business was successfully acquired by a global brand.

In parallel, she is the founder of www.motherhoodguide.com, a motherhood educator, and a public speaker working with women who want better: from their careers, their relationships, and themselves. Her approach is not romantic at all: no manifestation boards, no ayahuasca retreats, no “just think positive” quotes. Instead, she focuses on psychology, science, and practical tools that create real, sustainable change.

Zaneta also lives everything she teaches. She emigrated for the first time as a single mother, rebuilt her life across countries (Lithuania → Malta → Greece), and raised a daughter who is now studying Medicine at Maastricht University.

At 42, she made another bold decision: to return to her dream of studying psychology. She is now pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology at the University of Essex, something she planned decades ago, before life rerouted her through a Bachelor’s in Educology, career building, and motherhood at full scale.

Outside of work, Zaneta is a curious lifelong learner and a fresh skateboarder who knows well how it feels to fall flat on her face. But she believes in the process of learning, trying, failing, and falling, and then trying again…
