The job market as we (and generations before us) knew it has changed fundamentally. You as talent now have decision-making power when it comes to choosing your preferred workplace. But the way we currently get to jobs (>80 % of applicants are coming through job sites) is outdated, which makes the job hunt hard and daunting. We're here to make it a little easier for you.

Career and job sites are still the #1 driver of applications. But let’s be honest, most job platforms today are a little outdated showcasing professions, location and salary range and don’t really include any of these factors we elaborated on above.


Especially as a woman it’s a challenge by itself to understand if the employer to be is offering equal opportunities, equal pay and is open and considerate when it comes to the needs and wishes of women in the workplace.

Only if companies reach a certain number of points, their job ads will be listed on our platform.
