Izabelle's approach to her work draws upon her dual bachelor's degrees in Law and International Relations, which she combines in a complementary manner to contribute to a more inclusive society, especially advocating for gender equity. She joined the female factor because she wanted to be part of the change in closing the gap of women in leadership positions. Her unique perspective is shaped by her upbringing as a native of Brazil's Amazon region, allowing her to intimately connect with the rich history and culture of the world's largest rainforest.
