Hélène works with executives and organisations in English, German, French and Spanish.

Since 2019, she has provided over 2,000 hours of coaching and training to more than 400 executives. She combines tailor-made coaching with practical leadership training to promote sustainable development processes that have a noticeable impact on everyday working life.

Hélène has an international professional background. Born and raised in French-speaking Switzerland with Spanish as my mother tongue, she studied International Relations in Geneva and worked for several years in Paris and Brussels. She has lived and worked in Vienna for many years.

Hélène spent twelve years working in international development cooperation, collaborating with over 50 institutions from 20 countries across Latin America, Africa, Central Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. This experience has shaped her views on leadership, collaboration, and conflict dynamics in complex contexts.

A particular focus of Hélène's work is supporting women in leadership positions.

As a registered mediator, she supports the sustainable resolution of professional conflicts and the maintenance of viable working relationships.
