She advises organisations nurturing cultures where people don't have to choose between meaningful work and wellbeing.
She's also part of Regenerators: a living ecosystem of change-activators reweaving how we live, lead, and design for life. She co-hosts the year-long Regenerative Leadership Journey and nurtures a community of over 1,000 people across more than 70 countries.

Judit knows this territory from the inside. After 10+ years in marketing and advertising leadership, her heart and her identity broke when she burned out.

She tried to fix them, just to realise later that there was nothing to be fixed.
She now chooses to live with cracks, through which the pain and joy in our world get in.
