Kata is a global growth and partnerships leader, former founder and CEO, and Forbes 30 Under 30 entrepreneur with more than a decade of international experience across insurtech, fintech, digital health and venture building. She has launched and scaled products internationally, led multidisciplinary teams, secured enterprise partnerships and co-raised more than €5 million across four ventures.
She currently leads Embedded Health & Insurance at Mavie Next by UNIQA, scaling propositions at the intersection of healthcare, insurance and technology.
Having worked both as a founder and CEO and within a large corporate organisation, Kata understands the entrepreneurial journey as well as the realities of leading innovation at scale. She supports mentees with career pivots, leadership confidence, entrepreneurship, fundraising, partnerships, negotiation and turning ambitious ideas into executable plan. She is especially passionate about helping women build confidence, navigate pivotal career decisions and lead in a way that feels authentic to them.
Outside work, she enjoys creative arts, reading, trying new recipes, travelling and exploring Vienna with her dog.
