about marie
In 2015, at the age of 25, Marie Boltenstern took over the jewelry company BOLTENSTERN with the vision of expanding the craftsmanship of traditional goldsmiths with completely new technological possibilities. She creates jewelry that is particularly valued for its unique feel and innovative design. The architect, who specializes in 3D technology, programs all of the brand's designs herself. With two master's degrees in architecture and 3D technology, she joins a small international field of 3D technology experts. She combines this expertise with the traditional goldsmith's workshop, which was founded in 1964 by her father Sven - who was a pioneer of his time in creating artistic gold jewelry.
With her dedicated team, she managed to commercialize collections for the first time that are produced using direct precious metal 3D printing. After several years of research and development, she exported more than 6.000 pieces of jewelry to a jewelry chain in Hong Kong and China. For the past 2 years the focus has been on B2B expansion in Europe with her fashion jewelry brand FABNORA.
