Sabine Reitmayer-Wawer is a mom of the most wonderful kids, has 2 cats and loves the colourfulness of life. Professionally she is a certified Business & Team Coach, LEGO® Serious Play® workshop facilitator and mediator in education. In her previous professional career she followed a career as a FMCG marketer for renowned international corporations and local brands in Austria, CEE and was located in Central Asia & Caucasus for 2 years. Since 2018 she runs her own business and supports her clients (individuals, teams and leaders) to succeed professionally AND personally in a balanced and sustainable way. She loves to apply methods like LEGO® Serious Play® and other (hypno)systemic and creative methods, which go far beyond “the obvious” and allow playfulness while working on serious solutions.

And she strongly believes that utilizing our “head” (our brainy strengths) AND our “gut feeling” (our intuition) is a true and hidden power.

Thus, empowering her clients to get to the point, where their brain AND their gut can say: “YES, that’s it! This is right AND feels good! I truly can stand behind it.” is her mission.
