Stephanie is a very dynamic, optimistic and strong leader with 20 years of experience in Marketing, Sales and Business Development. She brings in a wide range of expertise as she was in the Management of Startups as well as working for international Global Brands in different industries. This year, she decided to build up her own company and drive the next generation of business.


Stephanie started her career in Marketing and was building up her expertise mainly in enterprise companies like Schwarzkopf & Henkel, Microsoft or Red Bull.


As she realized that she was somehow restricted in her job and couldn't unleash her full potential, a new opportunity in the startup scene raised up, and she started in sales at Content Garden Technologies. After only 3 months she got promoted as the head of sales and build up a successful business as well as her first high performing sales team.


The market changed and Stephanie realized she needs to move further into technology. So she started a digital transformation by herself and worked for Nagarro to learn on the job the most important stuff about digitalization. After her transformation, she jumped again into the startup scene as the Director of Business Development at WeAreDevelopers and afterwards in the SAAS Business at Sitecore.


Although Stephanie tried out a lot, she couldn't find the right company for her, so she finally decided in 2021 to build up her own business and bring 20 years of knowledge in marketing and sales to the next generation of business.


Stephanie is currently helping Startups to scale up sustainable business, with her company Business Biebel. She is providing business development as a service and also has an inspiring blog with free hacks and guides.


She can help you in a lot of areas from marketing to sales as well as in your personal development as she loves to get the full potential out of people.


Beside her career, Stephanie loves to do sports especially CrossFit & Yoga and travels the world to learn from other cultures.
