Ursula started her career in Salzburg at Publico, at this time Austria biggest PR agency. After finishing her studies she moved to the office of Landesrat Sepp Eisl (Member of Regional Government) as his spokesperson and later on Chief of staff. In 2009 McDonald's Austria asked her to become their spokesperson and CSR Manager. In 2015 she took over responsibility for HR in addition to communications and CSR, followed by a move to Coca-Cola HBC Austria GmbH end of 2017 to become their Director of Public Affairs & Communications. In both jobs - McDonald's and Coca-Cola HBC - she was a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Since 2020 she lead her own consulting business, focused on organizational development, strategy, leadership, recruitment, moderation and hosting her own culinary podcast "ESSENziell - was auf den Teller kommt"
