Inbal is a growth strategist, expert in innovation processes, international scaling, and building intercultural relationships. With a strong marketing and strategy background from international corporations who has made several career changes in her life, and has survived to tell the tale:)

She has successfully made the transition from being employed by large retail companies to being self-employed and her own boss during the Covid era. After a while established, together with a (female) partner, an international business consulting firm called Two Dots, which makes startups investable.

Together with her partner, she worked with over 1000 startups from across  Europe, developed designated workshops for innovation hubs and created unique business games to increase business understanding.

As a result, she learned that she is self-motivated, optimistic and self driven.

Beside her passion for her work, her strengths include a profound business understanding; a global network of connections; and the knowhow to initiate and maintain long-term strategic partnerships.

Therefore, recently she got nominated to become the CEO of the Israel- Austria Chamber of Commerce.

In the past, she led complex innovation processes for low-tech industries in Israel all based on analysing current market trends, available technologies and engagement with the Israeli startup ecosystem. All of these processes led to creative new products that became a global success.

She holds an MBA with a specialisation in marketing as well as a B.Tech in chemical technologies, a degree that came in handy (only!) when she was working on innovative technologies.

Her current position allows her to gain knowledge of new business sectors and markets and to expand her horizons. The two things she enjoys most about it are meeting new people and helping her clients reach their goals.

She enjoys travelling, hiking and swimming. She’s a foody and always makes sure she has a list of recommendations that she collected for the best places to try out wherever she travels.
