Irina Mitrofanova

Irina is a business owner and a female entrepreneur.

She holds her Masters Degree in Management and Economics. Through years she performed cross-functional career transitions from Head of HR to Head of Sales to Business Trainer and Coach and later established her own business doubling revenue YOY.

Irina graduated from the Erickson Coaching International Program (Canada) and Performance Consultants Coaching in London. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation and also the Existential Counselor (Austria).

She develops talent by providing services to both corporations and individuals on executive coaching, career transition management, and cross-cultural individual and organizational issues. She brings to each engagement more than fifteen years of experience coaching individuals and leaders working across a variety of industries in Asia, Europe, and Middle East.

Irina is a member of the International Society of Logotherapy and Existential Analysis (GLE).

Outside of work, you can find her on the beautiful hikes or navigating the boat in the sea, joyfully socializing with friends and family, and enjoying the benefits of being a mom of 4 sons.

She spent seventeen years living in London, Dubai, Moscow, Kiev, Almaty, Budapest, and Vienna where she coached executives in managing their careers while abroad as well as developed and conducted seminars for arriving and departing expatriates.

Her dynamic and humorous presentations make her a sought after presenter. Irina works extensively, but not exclusively, with middle and senior level executive clients in financial and digital services, pharmaceuticals and consumer goods.
