I am the Senior Digital Excellence Manager at Mondi AG, specialized in driving change, leading, consulting, and coaching teams to excel in the digital landscape. I focus on initiating and leading commercial digital projects, shaping agile teams, and coaching & consulting businesses on digital topics.

Educational Background:

MBA in International Business Administration from the University of Vienna and certified Systemic Business Coach.

Early Employment:

I started my career as Sales & Marketing Manager at Austrian Airlines Russia/Moscow, followed by a position as Product Manager at L'Oréal before transitioning to roles in marketing, sales, and cross-media management at Krone Multimedia - Kronen Zeitung.

What I Like Most About My Current Job:

I enjoy the opportunity to drive and manage change, develop and lead teams, consult, train, and coach teams to exceed expectations. It is fulfilling to enable teams and businesses to thrive in uncertain environments and fostering innovation.

Side Projects:

I lead the Mondi Professional Women's Network (MPWN) and serve as mentor in various national and international networks, being passionate about supporting future female leaders and I am involved in economic empowerment initiatives.
