Klaus's work experience:
After 11 years as key account manager in the IT-industry and my MBA for training & coaching I decided to become a trainer & coach.
Since 2011 I am working as a self employed trainer for the franchise-system VBC, which is focused on sales- and leadership trainings.
Big passion for this profession, empathy, flexibility and the ability of changing perspectives are some of my useful skills in this field. In the last 15 years I collected some powerful techniques, skills and tricks which I provide to the participants in my trainings, to coachees which I am coaching and also to readers of my book (Der Weg zu exzellenten Führungskraft – Leuchtturm sein! – Manz Verlag, 2019).
Since 2018 I also work as www.naturcoach.at where I work together with private people out their under the sky on solving problems and or achieving their goals, often after a process in which we are getting clear, what is the exact goal!
To sum it up: Loving to work with people on their own personal development with a huge variety of tools, that’s what I’m doing.
